Divide dough in half. Place one half between 2 large sheets waxed paper. Roll dough 1/16 inch thick. Remove top sheet waxed paper. Cut dough into 1-1/2-inch shapes. Repeat with remaining dough. Drop pieces, 4 at a time, into hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes. Turn. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Place on paper-towel lined plate. Keep warm until all chicken is fried.
