Lavender Lemon Sparkler
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 liter sparkling water
Directions:
Steep lavender in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain and mix with honey and lemon juice. Chill the mixture. Before serving, add sparkling water.
