Iced Green Tea with Ginger and Lemongrass


Ingredients:

  • 4 green tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
  • Honey to taste

Directions:

Steep tea bags, ginger, and lemongrass in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let the infusion cool. Sweeten with honey. Chill and serve.
