Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing with fork until particles are moistened and cling together. Form dough into ball. Roll into a 10-inch square on lightly floured board. Ease dough into 9 x 2-inch pan. Press excess up around edges of pan to form 1-inch rim. Bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes. Set aside.
