Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
