Ease dough into 9 x 2-inch pan. Press excess up around edges of pan to form 1-inch rim. Bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes. Set aside.
For filling, in large bowl blend eggs, evaporated milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cheese, carrot and onion. Pour into partially-baked pastry. Bake at 325ºF for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 20 squares.Company Hash Recipe
Cut hash into 4 equal slices. Place hash slices on a broiler rack; brush tops with 1-1/2 teaspoons melted Crisco.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until browned. Turn and spread tops thinly with a mixture of horseradish and mustard. Broil for 3 minutes.
Remove from broiler. Cut tomato into 4 equal slices. Place 1 tomato slice on each hash slice. Brush tomato slices with remaining 1-1/2 teaspoons melted Crisco. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.

In 2-quart saucepan melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Add green pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Stir in flour, salt and paprika. Blend in half-and-half. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Blend small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks. Return to hot mixture, stirring to combine. Add crab meat and pimiento.
