1. Marinating the Chicken Wings:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, mint, and dill leaves.

3. Grilling the Chicken Wings:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken wings for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  3. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

4. Serving:

  1. Arrange the grilled chicken wings on a serving platter.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the wings.
  3. Serve the herb salad alongside the chicken wings.

5. Storing:

  1. Refrigeration: Store any leftover chicken wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Store the herb salad separately in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  2. Reheating: Reheat the chicken wings in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
