Pork Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add pork slices, season with salt, and pepper, and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the pork back into the pan and pour in the soy sauce.
  6. Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
