Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the pork in a slow cooker with sliced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth in a bowl and pour over the pork.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker.
