Legend Larry’s “Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings”


“Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings –

A delicious and healthy alternative to deep-fried chicken wings. These wings are marinated with baking powder and salt for a crispy texture and then grilled to perfection for a rich and toasty flavor.

Yield: 24 Wings Active Time: 60 Minutes Total Time: 9 Hours


  • 24 Chicken wing sections
  • Kosher Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Legend Larry’s Wing Sauce


  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the wings evenly with baking powder and salt, and toss to coat.
  3. Place the wings in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered for at least 8 hours.
  4. Light the grill and arrange the coals on one side of the grill. Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the wings, skin side up, over the cool side of the grill and cook for 35 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and browned.
  6. Brush the wings with Legend Larry’s sauce, cover, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the wings to a large bowl, pour the remaining sauce over the wings, and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve and enjoy! “
