“Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings –
A delicious and healthy alternative to deep-fried chicken wings. These wings are marinated with baking powder and salt for a crispy texture and then grilled to perfection for a rich and toasty flavor.

- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the wings evenly with baking powder and salt, and toss to coat.
- Place the wings in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered for at least 8 hours.
- Light the grill and arrange the coals on one side of the grill. Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
- Place the wings, skin side up, over the cool side of the grill and cook for 35 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and browned.
- Brush the wings with Legend Larry’s sauce, cover, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer the wings to a large bowl, pour the remaining sauce over the wings, and toss to coat evenly.
