Instant Pot

Personal Insight

I personally love this cooking appliance. The cook time is super fast and the food comes out tasting incredible. Imagine cooking a roast in 45 min to an hour in an instant pot rather than 4 hours in a slow cooker with the same tender and juicy results.

What is an instant Pot and how does it work?

The Instant Pot is a type of pressure cooker that uses a combination of pressure, heat, and steam to cook food quickly. The pressure inside the pot helps to raise the boiling point of water, which allows the food to cook faster. The Instant Pot also has a number of built-in safety features to ensure that the pressure is released safely, and the pot can be set to cook food for a specific amount of time, after which it will automatically switch to a “keep warm” setting to ensure that the food stays at the proper temperature until it is ready to be served.
